  • If I configure a new field to the violation library why won't the system allow me to import it. I have to ask development to import it. Great example predefined corrective actions.
  • In MyHD, what does it take for the site to be set up? Can I do this or does it need a developer? This is what I am experiencing in myHD City of Plano in UAT: Are reload tables supported, or can they be in MyHD forms? Can I determine the positioning of the links to various forms on the dashboard of MyHD?(Placement of forms.png) I have added fields to Pool application in cloud, and have them set to move to MyHD, but they do not show. What would cause that? (No fields on pool.png) From my dashboard (dashboard 1.png), I click on the application I want, and then get a second dashboard (dashboard 2.png), with a different order of the same forms? How can this be resolved? When I click on invoices, and enter an invoice, how can I get more details?(invoices.png) I see only invoice number and account number, I would like to see the account owner name and the fee details if possible? How would I set this up? There is a link at the top of the screen that says make a payment. It just spins, how can I get the invoice to work with that link or can it be removed so they have to choose Invoice (Please see image "dashboard 1")
