Searching and Looking Up an Existing Payment
The best method to look up a payment is from the Account directly, by searching for an individuals account by name or number. Then opening the account, and viewing the payment history.

Refunds must be done from the Financial Account record.
From the Account screen, and the payment section, click the button to Refund the payment. Enter the details and Save.
